Help us reproduce a technical issue

Include the page URL, device or browser type and a short description of what you expected to happen and what happened instead. If an address or map result looks wrong, a general description is usually enough; you do not need to email your exact private location.

Content and data corrections

If you are reporting unclear wording or an incorrect explanation, quote the relevant heading or sentence. If the issue comes from an external map or geocoding result, note that distinction so the technical behavior can be separated from third-party map data.

Privacy requests

For privacy-related questions, identify the feature or page involved and the approximate date of the event. Do not email passwords, payment details, identity documents or precise personal location information unless it is strictly necessary for the request.

Advertising and business inquiries

For advertising or partnership questions, describe the proposal and the page or audience it relates to. Advertising arrangements do not change the calculation of location, coordinate, distance or map-tool results.
